1. PUBLIC UNION:
our work is built on a framework of co-governance and co-creation, designed not for a group of people but in partnership with and validated by them. Indeed the beneficiaries become co-producers and collaborators; our active partners in peeling back the layers to design better outcomes.
2. PUBLIC ASSURANCE:
we attribute prominence to our B-corp status and as a community interest company (CIC) sustain a vigilant practice of responsibility and transparency. This ethic extends to building the trust of our partners; configuring fund management and CSR to dispense public value to our clients, via improved efficiency and facilitated transformations.
3. PUBLIC DOMAIN:
we consider design* as the conversation across time, space and culture. Giving expression to the complex cycles of multiple, independent narratives at play, joining-the-dots in ever-evolving interactions. We exist to meet the challenges set by our partners, directing our insight (as designers), into meaningful initiatives and artful integrations, spiralling virtuously towards elegant outcomes.
*design as understood by Herbert A Simon in the 1960’s as ‘the human activity of converting existing situations into preferred situations’
4. PUBLIC GOOD:
we realise the urgency of our times, an evident aura of singularity, out-of-kilter with the planet and each other. We ordain, look for and initiate; signs of hope; crystallised by the provision of transformative capability to our clients and the offering of good to our co-creators. An ecosystem of benefit, sustained by the participants, for the betterment of us all.
